Layered Bean Dip
Super easy layered bean dip that takes 40 minutes to make (including 30 minutes in the oven).
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1/3 onion (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
- 6 green onions (chopped)
- Combine beans and onion in a baking dish.
- Spread sour cream over beans and top with salsa and then layer on the cheese.
- Cover with lid or aluminum foil and bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 10 minutes.
I didn’t have any salsa, so I made my own using a can of diced tomatoes and added half a dozen sliced jalapenos from a jar (finely diced).
