Taiwan Visa-free for Marshallese
August 2018: The Marshall Islands has signed a visa-free entry agreement with Taiwan. The deal was written during a week-ong visit to Taiwan by President Hilda Heine. The two countries also agreed to joint maritime patrols and are negotiating collaborations in other areas. The RMI is one of Taiwan’s six Pacific allies.
