President’s Office Newsletter
4
In early August, 2016, the Office of the President launched a newsletter called Kidid Kwōjkwōj.
In her welcome to the new publication, President Hilda Heine explained the meaning of the title: “In the olden days, when Kidid, a wandering tattler, visited our islands, people believed that was a sign of good tidings. Kwōjkwōj means communion or feast. Through this publication, we hope to enhance communications with all interested parties and communicate in a more timely, efficient, and effective manner.”
