RRE Hotel
The Hotel Robert Reimers has a traditional Marshallese flavor, primarily due to its luxurious tropical garden with a large thatched meeting house (Mon Bokanake) as its centerpiece. There are four types of rooms, two of which are upstairs alongside the restaurant. Of these, most have verandahs and views of the lagoon. In the garden, there is a row of small (but adequate) budget rooms. The hotel’s premier rooms are the shoreside thatched bungalows, which are the best accommodation on island.
The hotel’s Tide Table restaurant and sports bar is upstairs next to reception and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The thatched building in the garden is the Mon Boknake, which is available to rent for conferences, as is the upstairs Kibendrikddrik Room, which is the most glamorous meeting room on island (it holds up to about 20 people).
